FEATURING THE WORK OF:

AMANDA KARTES, ASHLEY MCBRIDE, COLBY BISHOP, ELLIE BACCHUS, FRANCESCA BEILHARZ, HOLLY JONES, JAE MUÑOZ-PALOMO, JILLIAN ROTH, JOEL APARICIO, KATIE CURRIER, LIONEL VANCE, MADISON DOWLING, MO QUICK, PAYTON DICKERSON, SANOE STEVENSON-EGELAND, SARA GALLAGHER, SARAH KINDL, SHANNON DELURIO, SOPHIE HENRY, & SUZIE MARCO

In early 2020, as a response to the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic, arts institutions across the region converted their classes online for the remainder of the school year and canceled all events and exhibitions. We recognize the impact this has on emerging artists who have spent the last 2-4 years building up to this pivotal moment in their careers. BFA and MFA exhibitions are capstone projects in which emerging artists present their bodies of work to the art communities into which they are about to enter. It's during these exhibitions that foundational relationships are made, such as meeting other artists, writers, independent and institutional curators, gallery owners, collectors, and other leaders in the arts. These shows are often an important opportunity for these artists to make significant sales, which fund their transition into post-academic life. So we wanted to do our part and offer up our website and our instagram pages to feature work from across Seattle and thus get the word out about the incredible work these folx are making. We hope you join us as this exhibition begins without ends without beginning until it's over or never to live in this online space until the work exists in an actual place.

Bridge Productions hosted Beyond Time, a community gathering of Pacific Northwest-based BFA + MFA graduating artists on our website and instagram account over the course of the spring and summer season. This exhibition has expanded to include entries from all over the Pacific Northwest from Seattle to Bellevue, Bellingham, Portland, and anywhere else in the region. This is not meant as a substitute for any plans various institutions may have towards virtual B/MFA exhibitions, but as supplementary and supportive to them. We hope you enjoy meeting these emerging artists as much as we have!
